Avani Mahila Mandal heartily welcomed Smt. C. Padmaja President Arpita Mahila Samiti at Gadarwara as she came along with Shri C. Sivakumar Regional Executive Director (WR-II USSC ASH-NI). She graced us with her presence from 24th to 26th December 2023. Smt. Anu Soni President Avani Mahila Mandal and all officer bearers of Avani Mahila Mandal at Gadarwara took special care of providing her with the best hospitality. Smt. C. Padmaja visited Gotitoriya a nearby village at the foothills of the Satpura Mountain Range on 25th December 2023 where NTPC Gadarwara has been proactively engaged into funding various CSR initiatives including a centre for making ropes from the native grass. She was warmly welcomed by children with bouquets and she shared her own inputs how this initiative can be amplified to create more livelihoods in the region. Later in the day, she was given a warm welcome at the Umang Auditorium by all the members of Avani Mahila Mandal with GBM Presentation and some cultural programmes. All the members at Avani Mahila Mandal joined this joyous occasion and made sure her stay and visits were memorable.
